Enduring Culture Spotlight and Happy Hour

Join the Municipal Arts Society at La Plaza for an event surrounding the importance of community gardens, their maintenance, Puerto Rican history and cuisine, and food insecurity. This will include a panel discussion with Brandon Ruiz of Yucayake Farms, a member of the Horticulture Society, and Time’s Up environmental organization founder Bill DiPaola, as well as a short walking tour of the garden. Refreshments will be provided.
